WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all unworn items.
We have a 15 day returns policy from the date of arrival.
Please do ensure that the following requirements are met...
Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no stains, marks, or rips.
We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will photograph the item upon receipt and dispose of the items.
You will be refunded the product charge less shipping.
HOW TO SETUP A RETURN?
Please email [returns]@4matclothing.com before sending your items back to us.
Our Returns Department will be ready to assist you with the return to ensure all requirements and your expectations are fulfilled.
Upon authorization, please include the following information:
Your Order Number, which can be found on your confirmation email
The reasons for your return or exchange
The details of new size/color if exchanging
Use the returns label provided in your parcel to ship the item back to us. Please note, this is not a free shipping label.
We advise that you please retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to 4MAT Clothing is not covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will do our best to refund your item/s within 48 hours from the time it arrives at our returns department. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to arrive to your account balance. We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the required information.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE ENTIRE BUNDLE?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full package must be returned. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return.
WHAT IF MY 4MAT ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT UPON ARRIVAL?
While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged goods, or experience a manufacturing fault with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can help to sort out your problem as quickly as possible: [returns]@4matclothing.com
WHAT IF MY 4MAT ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS?
Please contact the designated shipping company. Once the items have left out facility we cannot oversee the rest of the delivery experience. If even doing so you are unable to find your package or get any assistance, please contact our customer service team at: [support]@4matclothing.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
